Featuring new lab and office space, an upgraded lobby, and EV charging stations, this build-out aids Mapp’s efforts in producing novel pharmaceuticals to prevent and treat infectious diseases. The project was divided into 2 scopes of work running concurrently. The first sector detailed site work, demo, and building renovations to make room an upgraded lobby, new lab and office space, EV charging stations, and a central plant. The second sector remained primarily tenant improvements for group office and lab space.
