Lincoln South Food Hall

Lincoln South Food Hall was a 7,500 sq. ft.. new core and shell build out of an upscale food court in Bellevue Square that included 7 individual restaurants on the 2nd floor. This project included demolition of all existing walls, ceilings and interior window systems while utilizing existing PCUs. New build back included addition of a wood fired pizza oven, ceiling height wine bar, 2 full kitchens and a retrofitted Airstream that houses a working taco truck.
